The Golden Glow Face Toner  is a Botanical mist with Blended hydrosol willow bark, hibiscus lavender flowers, marigold, to get your face blood flowing and preparing the pore to recieve and lock in the moisture with the vegetable glycerin. One strand of Saffron to give a toning effect alongside the witch hazel.
